Our healthcare workforce consulting is a natural outgrowth of our mission at GoodLife Innovations.
GoodLife U was developed from the collaboration of GoodLife Innovations and the University of Kansas Department of Applied Behavioral Sciences. Over the years, we’ve leveraged our partnership with KU to develop new, innovative workforce solutions, staffing approaches, pay strategies, and service models to help revolutionize the way nonprofit care providers operate.
Our workforce consulting is a natural outgrowth of our mission at GoodLife Innovations. GoodLife Innovations’ services aim to empower people to live as independently as possible, no matter how much support they need. GoodLife U is dedicated to supporting the direct care professionals who empower those people and developing new and innovative ways to provide high-quality care.
GoodLife Innovations is a nonprofit care provider and serves as our beta site for research and testing the models that we develop. For more than four decades, our partnership with KU has allowed us to assess, train, and continually improve our models to ensure they’re replicable for other organizations.
Since 2018, we’ve worked with organizations across the nation to help hundreds of individuals receive better care.
