Dr. Michael Strouse – President/CEO

For more than 35 years, Mike has led GoodLife Innovations, Inc. and its subsidiaries, including iLink Technologies. Mike’s extensive work encompasses research, development, refinement, and dissemination of evidence-based, nationally-regarded community service models that consistently produce person-centered care and high quality-of-life outcomes and also improve the capacity of the direct support workforce. Mike earned his Ph.D. in Applied Behavioral Science and holds a courtesy faculty appointment in the Department of Applied Behavioral Science at the University of Kansas. He continues to participate in research, assist with training graduate students, and successfully nurtures this important 50-year partnership with the University.

Lauren Vohland – Executive Director

With over 15 years of experience working with mission-driven nonprofit organizations, Lauren directs GoodLife operations, including day and residential programs, employee recruitment and retention, performance management, and advocacy. Her key projects involve employee recruitment and retention, performance management, employee compensation and benefits, operational systems, organizational outcomes, and financial efficacy. She has extensive knowledge of 501(c)(3) operations and project management. Lauren enjoys exploring innovative solutions to streamline operations and maximize existing resources/partnerships. She holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration.

Megan McKinney Todd – Chief Strategy Officer

Megan is a key member of GoodLife University’s senior leadership who works closely with external collaborators to help share and disseminate innovative solutions for workforce stability and technologies. Megan drives GoodLife University’s strategic planning to optimize growth, outreach, and the development of GoodLife University’s ever-expanding toolbox of solutions and strategies. With a degree in English, graduate coursework in rhetoric and professional communication, and 17 years of direct professional nonprofit and business experience, Megan thrives as an ambassador of GoodLife University’s service models and approaches.

Steve Floyd – Chief Financial Officer

Steve serves as GoodLife U’s Chief Information Officer and has been with the organization for 30 years. Under Steve’s guidance, the finance and accounting department grew to provide support to GoodLife and its partners. This group manages GoodLife (and its subsidiaries’) $38M+ annual budgets and has been integral in helping GoodLife develop sustainable programs. With more than 40 years of non-profit sector experience in accounting operations and financial systems development, Steve spearheads all financial analysis, fiscal management, reporting, staff oversight, payroll, and information systems management.

Dr. Nicole Kanaman – Chief Clinical Officer

Nicole Kanaman earned her bachelor’s degree in applied behavior analysis at the University of North Texas, her master’s degree in applied behavioral sciences at the University of Kansas (KU), and her Ph.D. in behavioral psychology at KU. Nicole is a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA) at the doctoral level and has provided behavioral services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across the lifespan for over 10 years. Her research interests are centered around addressing the gap often found between published literature and direct clinical services, and she pursues this line of research at GoodLife Innovation in collaboration with the organization’s partnership with the Department of Applied Behavioral Sciences at KU. Nicole is passionate about expanding the reach of behavioral support services and disseminating feasible evidence-based practices across populations.

Adriane Murray – Chief Talent Officer

Adriane has worked at GoodLife since April 2006. She has a wide variety of experience at GoodLife, from direct services (Family Teacher), to administration (Executive Assistant to the CEO), to leading the HR, Recruitment, and Workforce departments, Adriane has served as GoodLife’s Chief Talent Officer since 2020. She graduated Cum Laude from Kansas State University in May 2001 with a BA in Lifespan Human Development. Extensive knowledge in the HR field; skilled in streamlining processes. Adriane drives all of the schedule and pay strategy implementations with provider partners and is schedule-maker extraordinaire.

Dr. Rachel Jess – Director of Workforce, Recruitment, & Retention

Rachel has worked at GoodLife since 2021. She earned a PhD in Behavioral Psychology at KU in 2021 and a Master’s in Applied Behavioral Science at KU.
Area of focus = using data to identify areas of success and areas for improvement; creating streamlined recruitment and retention processes using evidence-based practices

Nichole Reiske – Director of Admissions & Special Projects Consultant

Worked at GoodLife in some capacity since May 2006.
Roles/Department Leadership: Part Time Weekend staff, Superimposed (5 years), PFT Respite (4 Years), Home Coach (3 years), Director of ILink (2.5 years), Supervised Workforce Management (3 years), Abuse Neglect and Exploitation, Nursing, Residential Director (1 year), Part of Staffing Solution Consulting Team (2 years), Currently oversee Initiation of Services for all Individuals Served.

Tiffany Trantham – Director of Financial Reporting & Budgets

Graduated from the University of Missouri-Kansas City with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, emphasis in Finance. 10 years of experience at GoodLife, mainly within the finance realm, helping with the day-to-day operational financial impacts, along with client advocacy in relation to expenditures. Founding team member of GoodLife University and iLink Technologies and excited to continue to work more in depth in those areas as those venture’s grow. Areas of interest included using data to identify areas of success and where improvement might be most impactful; creating streamlined models to efficiently and effectively allow a transparent visual of financial impacts in order for top leadership to make the best decisions for the organization.

Ky Kanaman – Sr. Administrator of Financial and Business Performance

Ky earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Economics at the University of North Texas and his master’s degree in Applied Behavioral Sciences at the University of Kansas (KU). Ky is a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA) and has provided behavioral services to individuals with and without intellectual and developmental disabilities across the lifespan for the last five years, with a specific focus on systems-level approaches and analyses. Ky’s area of focus is centered on expanding the reach of organizational behavior management and utilizing key performance indicators to enhance services across all aspects of an organization.

Beth McCoach – Chief Operations Officer, iLink Technologies

Beth serves as iLink Technologies Chief Operations Officer and has been with GoodLife for 29 years in a variety of roles. Beth is passionate about how iLink’s technology can change both a person’s ability to live as independently as possible, as well as an agency’s ability to transform the way they provide services with the use of technology. Beth leads a talented team and is key in the expansion efforts of iLink Technologies.

Due to the variety of roles Beth has served at GoodLife, she has a firm understanding of the challenges agencies face with staffing and the variety of ways technology can be integrated to ease the burden of staffing crisis, while most importantly improving the quality of lives of the individuals involved.
