Our Workforce Consulting is a 4-step process where GoodLife U’s consulting team analyzes your workforce, redesigns your schedules, and provides you with the tools and resources you need to transform your agency from surviving to thriving.
We begin with a presentation we call Workforce 101. Workforce 101 is a FREE, no-commitment presentation with our CEO. Next, we have a Discovery step, followed by a Program Analysis and Redesign, and finally Implementation. Each of these steps is unique and curated for your specific organization. You’re able to move through the steps at your own pace.
Move forward at your own pace. You’ll never be pressured to make a change you and your team are not prepared for, and you can decide not to move forward at any point in the process and walk away with everything you’ve received from us up to that point.
It’s possible for our strategies to benefit non-care provider organizations. However, our research is based on our experience working with nonprofit home and community-based providers, and we currently focus on consulting for direct care agencies at this time.
